Pay: $84K - 92K

Position Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a hands-on Human Resources professional responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to Trojan Manufacturing's production facility and workforce. This role serves as a strategic business partner and employee advocate, supporting operational objectives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

The Sr. Human Resources Generalist leads and executes key HR initiatives across employee relations, labor relations support, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, engagement, and regulatory compliance. This position collaborates closely with plant leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, improve workforce effectiveness, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
